Don't Skip the Fat Burning Eggs

Eggs have exploded.

Can you believe that this is possible? Eggs are very easy to prepare. Yet they have exploded and burned when first-time cooks try to boil or scramble them.

The all beloved eggs. They are a high in amino acids and lecithin, which help you to increase your bile production. Bile is a fat emulsifier,; it also absorbs fat in the small intestine, aids digestion and helps to get rid of cholesterol.

Are you worried about the cholesterol in the eggs? You shouldn't be. A dietary analysis published in JAMA Journal of the American Medical Association) in 1999 followed nearly 40,000 men and 80,000 women over a period of eight to fourteen years.

The study found no evidence of any association between egg consumption and the risk of coronary heart disease or stroke in healthy men or women. So make yourself some eggs and enjoy the benefits of sulfur-based amino acids.

And don't shy away from preparing your own food, even if you have had the experience of exploding or burning eggs. Repetition is what helps you master new skills. The Biggest Loser contestants had the same experiences when starting to prepare their own food, according to the New York Times . When they arrived at the ranch, many reported finding a kitchen with ingredients that they didn't ever heard of.
