Reports are that Palin plans to bring up Biden's vote against the First Gulf War to show bad foreign policy judgment. This was a problem John Kerry never successfully overcame.
May I suggest a response?
"Yes, I voted against the war. This was partly because I thought that diplomacy had not been exhausted, as it should be before the lives of American troops are put at risk. Also, it was partly because I was against giving a blank check to the first President Bush and his Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney to blow past Kuwait and invade Iraq. Thank God President Bush's father, unlike his son, had enough sense to not proceed to Baghdad."
Now we just have to deal with Biden's vote for the Second Gulf War.

Yeah, she tried to get him with this one but couldn't really stick it very well.
I though his response should have been "I voted for the Authorization of Force in Iraq for one reason: because George Bush lied to my face." But maybe that would have been too sexist or something.

Before you call someone "retarded," which is in poor taste for many reasons, you should proof your post for grammar and spelling. I am not a grammar police to most people because I know we all post quickly between other tasks (like work!), but when someone is using the "retarded" accusation, it is offensive and embarrassing for you when your post doesn't show the best writing and spelling skills.
Yes, I remember the first Gulf War, and the three memories I have are of the front page of the Wash. Post showing the dead carcasses of the opponents spread for miles, the contact by the Selective Service of my then nineteen year old son wanting to know where they could contact him in the event they needed his service, and the national pride blindly expressed and cheered in regard to this invasion. All this because diplomatic measures again were not pursued. The apples did not fall far from the tree. Remember someone tried to kill someone's Dad!
PS My son had signed with the Selective Service before his eighteenth birthday as required by law, I want to make clear this was a second and special notice from the Selective Service (and it sickened me), it had no relation to to the required registration. We did not know how close we came to an all out war.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Joe Biden didn't vote for this war with Iraq. Seriously.
He should say he voted for the war because they were fed a crock of lies by the Bush administration and that Bush said he would exhaust all diplomatic options first, which he did not.
the respond gulf 2 is "I thought W was as smart as his father. I am so sorry that I was wrong.
The 2nd vote is easy, and he has done it. He did not want to hamstring the president in his negotiations; how was he to know the president had no intention to negotiate?
Or that the President of the United States of America would manufacture evidence and lie to not only Democrats, but also his own party.
I think a good answer is after 9/11 all Americans wanted to take action, however Joe Biden relied on the faulty Bush administration claims about weapons of mass distruction.
The correct response about the 2nd war is: I was deceived as was everyone and I admit I was wrong to vote for it. I am happy that the person at the top of the Democratic ticket saw through all the lies and I side with his wisdom and judgement!
Me like.
