"Unplug and Recharge" is a new Living series which aims to give you, our dear readers, a quick break from your day -- whether you have as much time as ten minutes or as little as two. Following the success of our Oasis at the DNC, we're hoping to give you a little cyber-oasis -- a place to escape -- where you can take a moment to unplug, relax, and recharge.

Very relaxing, I have been doing this type of quiet meditation throughout the holiday season, the music I selected to help keep me calm and relaxed was Neal Diamond, Johnathan Livingston Seagull, a real masterpiece of creative soothing song writing, the words are beautifully poetic and the accompanying music is captivating and pleasingly haunting. Happy New Year Everyone.

Hi Steve this music is amazing. Let me know where to buy it? Can I get it from MSIA?

I really enjoy Unplug and recharge. I wish you would identify what music is playing because I'd like to try finding it on iTunes!
