High Alert Globally at US Military Installations

Military sources have told me that Osama bin Laden was killed about one week ago in a drone strike. This seems to be something some are raising doubts about -- but both stories are out. (President Obama has just indicated that this was a mission run by on-the-ground US intelligence operatives, implying that no drones involved.)

DNA testing has been conducted this past week.

US military bases are now at Force Protection level "Bravo".

Bases overseas are at Force Protection level "Charlie".

Usual level is "Alpha".

Bravo apparently means full i.d. checks, armor evident, machine guns on sight, etc.

Charlie is much more severe. Heavy artillery on hand. Thorough checks of everyone.

God - whatever higher power - please keep them, and all of us, All of all of us. The world has totally shifted tonight. There is physical proof, in the corpse of bin Laden. Our Special Forces have slammed it on the table of the world's judgment, as if they were knights delivering the head of the vanquished enemy to the throne of the king. Please, in this new world, may we all learn to become kinder, juster, more forgiving people.

Please, let this be a good thing that has happened.
