Obama Campaign Asks Federal Prosecutor to Look Into Joe the Plumber

(SYOP 10/18/08) Charging that the FBI probe of ACORN represents an "unholy alliance" between Republican operatives and potentially illegal conduct by law enforcement targeting voter fraud, the Obama campaign demanded Friday that the U.S. special prosecutor look into the voter registration of Joe Wurzelbacher.

The Obama camapign claims that the alleged Toledo plumber, aka JoeThe Plumber, who became the hot topic of the last Presidential debate due to his rope-line confrontation with Barack Obama's over the Democratic candidate's tax plan, was not on the voter registration rolls in Ohio as Joe Wurzelbacher, but turned up later registered as Samuel Wurzelbacher.
