O'Reilly Race-Baiting Attacks On Obama Getting Ludacris

Unless you were dropped on the planet yesterday ...I take that back - five minutes ago... it's no secret Bill O'Reilly's Independent train left the station sometime during the Johnson administration - the Andrew Johnson administration. In the John McCain-Barack Obama race he has alleged the usual fair and balanced approach. In fact, Bill contends that FoxNews as a whole is right down the middle, as he told a caller on his Radio Factor this past Thursday

"Fox News has just as many liberals as conservatives, from sign on to sign off."

Bill explained that if it seems to be that he is only covering adverse news on Obama, it's because there's really nothing negative on the McCain side. At least that's the fair and balanced word he passed on to the caller.

But that was the least of Bill's objectivity capitulation. His "Big Story" of the day was the Ludacris lyrics from the song, "Politics as Usual," that purports an Obama victory along with smears on Hillary Clinton, McCain and George W. Bush.

O'Reilly's fair and balanced website teased the show...

"Soon-to-be Democratic nominee Barack Obama is in hot water again, this time because of an ugly song boosting his candidacy by rapper Ludacris. If you are judged by the friends you keep, Obama would seem to have some explaining to do! Plus, guess who is playing the race card now? One clue: It isn't McCain.

What could be more fair and balanced than that?

By the way, the "It isn't McCain playing the race card," is the spin put out by the McCain campaign. Guess Bill isn't reading McCain talking points either.

On radio, Bill brought on Temple professor and Fox contributor, Marc Lamont Hill, an African-American, who was asked by Bill to "put yourself in the shoes of white folk. Don't analyze it from your point of view." One of the few black contributors at Fox - READ THE REST OF THE STORY HERE

Looks like further proof Bill O'Reilly has a few wires crossed is running pretty low on the shock-o-meter scale. Haven't listened to or watched him for a couple of years, but I'm guessing his dwindling fan base is increasingly made up of those who've received an unfavorable clinical evaluation of some sort or other. On the other hand, even crazy people need love, too.

Unfavorable clinical evaluation? Crazy? Since you don't watch I guess that means you're the sane one. Where do you get your dwindling base info? He's the number one news show. I watch Bill every night and can assure you he is the most balanced commentator on T.V. Yes, he gets a little heated, but never calling names or spewing hate. I'm a conservative and know that we are quite sane, and we are also confident and have been too "quiet". I think you will see on election day we have loud voices, just not as verbal, but with our votes. This is the first time I've ever commented on something like this, but I can't believe people state things as "fact" without knowing the truth. The truth is out there. You just have to know where to look. Why can't we just talk about the issues instead of name calling and being hateful?

It's refreshing to read something from a Conservative that is, at least, literate. You should consider commenting more often. I'd only note that with his intemperate behavior and shameless distortions, both O'Reilly and his fans invite harsh criticism.

Ya know Steve I have heard the Race word more this election year than ever before. If it's not O' Reilly, it's Hannity, Limbaugh,Ingrahams, and just about all of these conservative talk show people. I am sorry but to me they all sound raceist. It's not just the talk shows either the msm are just as bad.

O'Reilly has had previous issues with Ludacris right? Going back to getting Pepsi to drop him? Wonder what Ludacris did to make him dislike him so much :p
