Oh...my...God. This is currently running on the internet front page of The Guardian, one of London's most influential newspapers:
"Tippi Hedren Tells Jackson Tigers Of His Death"
One other Jacksonian thought. Since wherever Michael Jackson will be buried will become a circus, why not bury him somewhere in a rust belt city/town that could use an economic boom? Think of it. Fans and tourists will flock to see him from around the world. Hotels will fill up. Restaurants and stores will do a booming business. I vote for Detroit or Gary, Indiana. Look what the Baseball Hall of Fame has done for the small town of Cooperstown. Support the USA! Visit Michael's final resting place!
You're welcome.

I vote Detroit. They really need some upside with all the rust that will be piling up there.
I believe you are from South Orange. That would be an interesting place to put Michael.
Not that South Orange needs economic help. I think he'd like neighborhood.
MJ should be laid to rest in Flint, Michigan. He'd totally trump Mr. Moore.
(Just can't get enough of that place.)
Weren't the Jackson parents originally from Indiana anyway? Perfect. Bury the aging lad there, and his adoring fans can quit clogging the streets of West L.A. (already bad enough as it is).
Stu, you are so right. Go to the city that needs the attention the most. Its something that Jackson would probably understand and agree with. But the family...that's a whole nuther thang.
The family and friends will make the best decision for Micheals' finally resting place and Indiana can have a Jackson's and Micheal's museum!
Mr. Reisman,
A bit of tongue and cheek re: Tippy, but you have a great idea. Anywhere that MJ is laid to rest will flourish. There are so many places that could use that kind of help. Ms. Hendrons' sanctuary, along with thousand of others , are in dire need as well. Hopefully, the executors will honor MJ's strong commitment to philanthropy. Perhaps we should all send a telepathic message to Mr.Branca et al.
