Suleiman Wali is the founder of Lapis Media, a company which aims to produce documentaries, films and multimedia projects that help heal the psychocultural scars of diasporas through engaging and educational storytelling about their homelands.

Wali is an Afghan-American writer and producer who has worked in the fields of media and public relations for more than 10 years. He holds a Masters degree in Film & Video from American University in Washington, D.C.
