Susan Grant received her undergraduate degree from New York University in 2002. She went on to work as a reporter for The Coast News in San Diego covering local politics, sports, lifestyle and business before receiving her master's degree from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School of Journalism. Susan has also worked for the campus radio station KSCR, The Institute for Justice in Journalism, Annenberg Radio News, Voice of San Diego and The Associated Press. She is currently a fellow in the Carnegie and Knight Foundation's News21 Initiative.
