Dr. Susan Dulkerian is the Director of Newborn Services at Mercy Medical Center, and an assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship at University of Pennsylvania & Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She returned to Baltimore to join the staff at Mercy Medical Center and the faculty at University of Maryland Medical System over 15 years ago. Dr. Dulkerian is the Joint Medical Director of the Maryland Regional Neonatal Transport Program, and actively participates in outreach education throughout the state of Maryland.
