T. Scott Allen, Jr. clerked for the Supreme Court of Texas for a year and has been practicing law in Texas since 1984. Mr. Allen has represented plaintiffs in both personal injury and commercial litigation cases. Since 2000 he has obtained settlements and/or verdicts for his clients totaling approximately $25 million dollars. Mr. Allen has also defended clients in numerous mass tort cases including breast implants, Norplant, Fen-Phen and Baycol. The Federal District Court in Houston, Judge Gray Miller presiding dismissed the Good Friday Massacre case today saying that KBR/Halliburton's actions are not reviewable by the Courts as a "political question." This decision is devastating to not only my clients but for all civilian employees.
