Adsense Lawsuit

There is no law explicitly stating so, but there was no need for Google to behave in as draconian a manner as it did throughout the entire process of investigating the circumstances surrounding my AdSense account termination.

With a single click, a faceless Google employee decided that my company's membership in the AdSense program "posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers," and the account was disabled with no warning.
