An interview with the musicians, the lovers, the forces to be reckoned with - some of the most positive, thoughtful, supportive, open people I have ever met and spent time with: Nico Vega.

The moment before the show, when "Nico Vega!" is called and the crew begins to march out of the greenroom, I feel a significant rush of adrenaline. It's electric night after night.

For the next ten days I'll be living a music lover's dream and going on tour with a rock band -- one of my favorite rock bands: Nico Vega. I will also be chronicling the whole thing and sharing it in installments.

I spoke with two of the three Nico "Vegas" (Aja Volkman, guitarist Rich Koehler and drummer Dan Epand) about commercial success and what's up next.
