It is a bummer of a story, the demise of Andrew Walter Reid. Highly successful for the first half of his head coaching career, Reid's windows of opportunity (and yes, there were many) have finally closed.
Even though Foles has begun to solidify himself as a capable starter in the NFL, he'll probably need to have a few more convincing games at the end of the regular season in order to keep his job as a starter. But this certainly does help his cause.
Vick has given this squad his all. Despite that, for the sake of the team, the fanbase, and the franchise as a whole, Reid needs to stick with Foles for the remainder of this despicably hideous season.
