The real question that plagues me is why everyone cares so much about this antenna issue. The problem -- to the extent it exists -- is simply one of cell phone reception. It's not the same as the accelerator sticking on a Toyota.

Consumer Reports announced that it cannot recommend the iPhone 4 due to antenna issues. They say that it's a hardware bug, and they don't believe that it is as easily fixable as Apples says it is.

Apple is experiencing some interesting problems with the iPhone 4. Forget the out of stock issues, that's the good news.
