The position Palin and others on the right have articulated gives every rapist the right to pick the mother of his child. That position is tantamount to a Rapist's Bill of Rights -- those are McCain-Palin's "family values."

The weather turned out to be beautiful. We await a reaction from Dr. Dobson. God is neither a terrorist nor a political partisan.

Call me Michelle Obama, but I feel damned proud of my country right now. Though he still has a major hurdle to climb in actually winning the presidency, our nation has truly entered a new era.

When the two couples appeared on the stage with their multi-hued families, it seemed natural that white and black would be on stage together. This is how it should be, aware of color, and yet, color blind.
