Autism Awareness month is here again. Puzzle pieces will be scattered everywhere to remind us of an unknown future for those whose world is somewhat different than most, and on April 2, the world will turn a lighter shade of blue.
My grandson and I recently went to a baseball game. He is learning about the sport his grandfather loves. While we were there, he completely reprogrammed my cell phone. He fixed a problem in thirty seconds that Apple's tech people couldn't fix in three hours.
Why would Mr. Trump do this? Why would he carelessly extend a wildly unpopular theory amongst researchers to a public that may not be aware of the actual science and decade-plus amount of work that have gone into discrediting the link between vaccines and autism?
