No Child Left Behind, "school choice," "recovery school districts," and Common Core are what the United States has done to solve the education "crisis." Mind you, the "crisis" is that the United States is not number one in education.
As it turns out, we are not "set in stone" at birth -- not by genetics, not by the luck-of-the-draw of our ZIP code.
With computers, the walls of the school and the limits they imposed, no longer existed. Computers are used to find information, track student progress, reinforce the work covered in class, diagnosis weakness in a students' understanding and prescribe an instructional remedy.
