Ken Buck lost. So did Tom Tancredo, but that one is easy to understand. When you win, you can move forward with little introspection. When you lose by a close margin, you have to second guess everything.
Senator Reid is a champion for Latinos, immigrants and working people in Nevada and the nation. When we went to him and said it was time to call for a vote on the DREAM Act, he immediately put it on the schedule. He stood by us.
Mr. Buck apparently just doesn't get it. He doesn't understand health care, nor does he fully comprehend what his outlandish comments and extreme plans actually mean for patients, doctors and the American people.
