It is pointless to refer to a God or a Creator in the founding document of the American democracy, since the only source of all legitimate authority is "We the People."

After four decades of scientific study, it appears increasingly likely that our universe is not a closed system and that science may not be playing with a full deck.

From where does the deepest order originate? We don't know because we have yet to uncover nature's deepest laws. Even if we reveal these laws, the question will remain a puzzle.

As I understand it, our hands are supposed to be God's hands in the world. The works of our hands are marked by the fingerprints of the Divine. They are artifacts of God's love. I yearn to create, to make something beautiful with my hands.
