We'll have lots of time to examine Obama's new course before he actually formally announces it next year. In the meantime, Obama has two short months remaining to convince the Senate to get something done to bolster his legacy.
Since we last examined the state of these races, there has been movement in both directions. The most dramatic of these has been in Delaware, and the media is slowly picking up on the storyline "Have Republicans peaked too early?".
It is with interest that many have taken to watching the race in southern Ohio's 8th Congressional district, where newcomer Justin Coussoule has stood up to challenge U.S. Rep. Boehner in this fall's elections.
