Sarah Palin's Wasilla book signing had a few rules. "Per Todd Palin", three of us were banned. "Public servants" in their police uniforms at a "public event" in a "public building" had a list of citizens not allowed in.

Apparently "Real Alaskans" aren't allowed near an "author" who once asked a librarian if she'd ban books. Oh, the irony...or is it ion-ry...either way, Alaska bloggers such as myself have been Palibanned from book signings.

Unless Palin's strategy is to shine the national media spotlight on everything the Alaska bloggers have been reporting about her transgressions, it might be a good idea to take some quiet time.
