Egypt faces an exodus of its Christian population similar to other Middle Eastern states in the grips of Islamist governments. This will be tragic for Egypt.
Tim Tebow made me think long and hard about how I live my Christian life, and how I should be living my Christian life. If that was Egypt or Syria or Iraq Tim Tebow would have been shot on the spot.
It is less and less disputable that we are in the presence of what can actually and accurately be termed mass persecution. Hard to imagine, since we are dealing with a religion that has long been dominant.
