We've all heard the term "famous last words." But what about the having the final words? It's ironic how often I choose my words so carefully when I write and so carelessly when I address the people in my life who matter. Do you do this?
With election time almost here, we see candidates speaking their minds. Are you able to assert yourself when necessary? Or are you surprised when "yes" comes out of your mouth when you meant to say "no"?
You stand at the center of your own sacred circle. Your view to the horizon will change, you may find yourself in another hemisphere with different elements in each direction. But you will always be at the center of your own circle, your own life.
Wouldn't it be great if everyone could speak up for what they wanted? That was the point when my whole life turned around and I started to have more of what I wanted in my life. It was necessary to get to where I am today.
I fear that if I read yet another story or comment about how much Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" lacks merit and is a blatant rip-off of Madonna's "Express Yourself" my head might implode, not from anger, but boredom.
