There always seems to be some tension between "spending good times" and staying healthy and happy. This is ever so visible during those first weeks of the new year when many people feel rather depressed, while we actually have all the ingredients there to kick-start into the new year.
The food issues that we face as a nation of parents caring for the first generation of children with a life expectancy shorter than our own -- along with financial pressures, limited family time and sheer exhaustion -- have stolen our joy for food. Today I urge you to join me and take one step towards reclaiming it.
