Freedom is an ideal that is held in high regard and desired by many. However, regardless of our passionate desire to create it in our lives, we often end up settling for something else, by necessity rather than choice.

If we believe that change is bad, our experiences will most likely match our belief. Conversely, if we believe that the Universe is here to support us and that change is for our growth and improvement, then our experience will parallel that instead.

I have always believed that the quality of our life is determined primarily by the quality of the questions we ask. One thing that I've learned from observing the world is that those who ask good questions and go deeper have lives that are deeper and more meaningful.

Since I was a young girl I have had an issue with my weight. Although I've never been more than 25 pounds overweight other than when I was pregnant, I've never been thin either. More importantly, no matter if it was up or down, I've always felt fat, even when I wasn't.

Inside all of us is the essence of who we are, although we bury it with superficial objects that keep us trapped in patterns and situations that are not always pleasant or enjoyable. Yet the greatest irony in life, is that we and we alone hold the key to our own peace and happiness.

So, why not you? Your ideas and your dreams are yours and yours alone. They came to you and not someone else because you're the one to give them life.

In a time of such turmoil, it's easy to lose faith in our dreams and go into survival mode instead of taking that next step when success seems improbable if not impossible.

If you're frightened, listen to the voice of the dreamer, for when the passion is louder than the fear, you'll succeed. You can do this.

If you look for and discover the meaning in the random events that happen in your life, everything will change.

All you have to do is continue to believe and act from the place of knowing, as you wait for your beloved to manifest in front of your eyes and sweep you off your feet.

Rather than jumping on the wheel inside your cage and trying to be a faster rat, take the time to go within.
