Ha!Ha!. Wall Street was " IWI", Investing While Intoxicated or "IUI" Investing Under the Influence. And whose influence? Why that well known bartender of course GWB. Those guys should be forced to submit to a breathalyser before turning on their trading screens. And of course there was no anti-drunk squad in site.
