My time with Maharaji and with ISJS allowed me to discover that the notion of God is not bound by such strict parameters in India. Rather, God is made more infinite and more personal simultaneously.
Although God does not fit in Jain theory, God may in some way fit in Jain praxis. It is this that I would like to consider.
Each of us must make often difficult ethical decisions, choosing our priorities from a welter of imperatives. In Jain traditional ethics, applied compassion, tolerance, and restraint are key to such decisions.
