Hillary Should Quit!
Obama ended up not just winning, but trouncing his opponent. And a month later, Hillary Clinton, his arch-nemesis, was named with the Secretary of State.

This Thanksgiving weekend, as I watched events unfold abroad, I was most grateful that the foolishness of election time is over.
Clinton's campaign chose to edit selectively and thus grossly distort my words on her 3 a.m. ad in a video it sent to reporters and posted on YouTube. Senator McCain's campaign also misrepresented and manipulated my statement.
5. The Exploding Veep The first big dose of revelatory body language came for us the morning of Election Day, when we finally saw the tape of Dick Che...

One of the greatest benefits of an Obama presidency is hidden in plain sight: the relationship between Michelle and Barack. They provide a great role ...
Swingers are the moderate middle. They don't vote based on the tiny letter next to a candidate's name. They vote based on the policies that person puts forth.
Ten trillion is an almost unimaginable number -- so colossal that the National Debt Clock in Times Square, for example, didn't even have room for that many digits. On Sept. 30, they had to squeeze the "1" and the dollar sign into the same box.
It's not just that McCain can't relate to have nots, it's that he doesn't really want to. He wants to pull the levers that Phil Gramm and others tell him work best, and he lacks the motivation to question whether these levers actually work.
Today we know there's no such person as Martin Eisenstadt. He was nothing but a hoax. The truth was established way back in June, thanks to good sleuthing by a blogger.
How can I argue, as I now do, that there is actually a war being ramped up against US citizens and our democracy and that Sarah Palin is the figurehead and muse for that war?
Mr. Claus, age unknown, offered no specifics about how he would use the government funds, asking only that the Congressmen simply "believe in" him.
Can Barack Obama succeed in laying Richard Nixon's ghost to rest? As Obama pledges bipartisanship and reaches across the aisle to John McCain, many of us can't help but hope that we've seen the end of the politics of denigration.
In July 2008, the McCain and Obama camps began to work secretly behind the scenes to assemble large rosters of potential personnel for the administration that only one of the candidates would lead.

Considering some people are already criticizing him and he hasn't even taken office yet, I wouldn't be surprised!
Oh, please. Does silly season never end?
Oprah will always have a formidable base that will follow her lead. She's actually educating and empowering men and women to know politics and how it works. What she says matters around the world. Oprah has brought many good ideas and hope to peoples lives. She's an ICON whether you choose to think so or not. There are several white women who voted for Barack on the strength of Oprah. Her intellect and strength as a woman takes the lead for women who have crisis situations and issues that require knowledge and strength to make things happen in their lives, that on their own they maybe would not have reached or possessed what it takes to better their lives.
I doubt she would take an Ambassadorship and especially during his first term. Maybe, his second term and by that time, she will probably want to give up her show too, which would be 6 or 8 years from now.
Ms. Harris, you give Oprah far too much credit in that her following has not been what it once was. There are many who stopped watching her long ago. She is not the Goddess that you so think.
I guess you don't realize that the president elect essentially kicked off his campaign on her show back when? He didn't say it, but it was obvious then and now. She was introducing him to America.
Her following is larger, because of her business ventures and massive business expansion, 20 million viewership on television is huge. The woman is larger than life, just ask the President ELECT !
