This week's Zach Galifianakis-hosted "SNL" felt at times that the cast was just sitting around waiting for the reaction to final sketch of the night -- which turned out to be one of the most ambitious sketches in recent memory.

What an odd show this was. In that I can't remember the last time a host -- in this case, Vince Vaughn -- had that much energy during the monologue, yet the rest of the show felt so ... sluggish.

Like any "SNL" that features cavalcade of guest stars, it becomes a tough week to get significant airtime -- and that's not even taking into account that there were only nine segments that involved the cast.

With "SNL" coming off a break, and only one more show until a long break, this week's show felt stagnant. As we all place are wagers on if we'll see the return Ed Grimly in next week's Martin Short-Paul McCartney, here's this week's Relevancy Poll.

Only nine segments aired on the Louis C.K.-hosted "Saturday Night Live." What's even more remarkable is that a grand total of five sketches were killed after dress rehearsal. Louis C.K. has developed the reputation that he's only happy when he's in charge and on last night's show, at times, that seemed evident. When he was comfortable, he was electric. When he wasn't comfortable, he broke character.

For the second week in a row, "SNL" featured only 10 segments. Factor in a dominating host and the presence of Tom Hanks and and it wasn't exactly the easiest week to get quality airtime.

I suppose it's not too surprising that a couple of the female cast members were going to have difficulty getting airtime considering how seamlessly Christina Applegate blended into the cast.

Aidy Bryant had a much better week than the previous two. But, still relegated to just a couple of backup roles. I am going to make a bold predictions by stating that, next week, Aidy Bryant will be nowhere near 14th on this list.

Always following in the footsteps of "SNL" Scorecard, the "SNL" Relevancy Poll now kicks off its season as well. Remember, the Relevancy Poll is less about pure performance as it is a combination of buzz and airtime from Saturday night's show -- an opening show that featured three brand new cast members and, somehow, nobody got shut out. It also featured a casting decision that will change the balance of power on the show for one recently promoted repertory player, at least for a good part of the season.

"SNL" wrapped up its 37th season on Saturday. Throughout the season, we followed the cast members' progress, ranked weekly in the Relevancy Poll. Now, we've tallied the results to present to you the complete 2011-12 "SNL" Relevancy Poll.

Josh Brolin seemed to be a bit of an afterthought. For whatever reason, Brolin stepped out of the way and let the cast shine -- which resulted in one of the best shows of the season.
