Mandatory Private Insurance

If Congress is serious about making health insurance a responsibility of citizenship, then health insurers need to have the legal responsibility to treat all patients' lives as precious.

Democrats will lose power by 2012 if the only thing they deliver on health care reform is extra pages on our tax returns requiring we show proof of having a private HMO policy.
