Mccain Obama Michigan

In the days before the conventions begin, Obama has taken a solid lead in Minnesota, leads outside the margin of error in Michigan, Pennsylvania and New Mexico, and he is within 2% in red Florida, North Carolina, Nevada.

McCain has begun running general election ads in an impressive list of swing states, providing in effect a battle map of states the GOP believes are in play. Missouri and Michigan near the top of the list.
