Is it just me, or is "New Girl" solely concentrating on relationships so far this season?! In tonight's episode, all four roommates have to deal with their own significant other(s), with not much else to grab onto otherwise.
Hallelujah, the gang is back. And lucky for us, "New Girl" is not one of those shows that picks up three years after they left off. Season 3 finds Jess and Nick riding up, up and away from Cece's wedding hall, giddy and elated.
You gotta hand it to Nick and Jess -- as far as mornings after go, theirs is not so awkward. And that's saying something, given the awkward nature of their relationship (room friends!) and how awkward the two of them are about everything else.
After a three week hiatus, the gang reconvenes to tell the tales of how they lost their virginity. This is prompted by Schmidt's scheduled close encounter with Elizabeth, the college girlfriend we met last episode.
With their 10 year anniversary of living together just around the corner, Schmidt and Nick decide to plan a party. Or rather, Schmidt does, because that's his thing and he also doesn't trust Nick so much.
