Beloved black Mexican cartoon character Memin Pinguin is running for president. The character looks like a monkey and African American Wal-Mart shoppers aren't finding it very funny.

In the Japanese ad, the crowd excitedly cheers and holds up placards with the word "change" emblazoned upon them. The speaker at the podium dressed in a nice blue suit is a monkey.
