Inception was again number one, with $43.5 million in its second weekend. That's a borderline-shocking drop of just 30%, which is almost unheard of in this day and age of mega-openers.

From start to finish, Salt is the very definition of a solid summer popcorn movie: fast, exciting, suspenseful, adrenalized -- and, most important, smart.
