Protect Our Parks Lawsuit

This unprecedented deal would've made money for the Latin School since they could sell sponsorships, fund raise and give donor recognition in the second most used park in America and they could sublease or re-sell the field to paying users when they were not using it. The general public (read, you and me and public school kids) could use this proposed facility without regard for the Latin School's schedule only during the winter - so dress warmly.
