As absurd as it might sound to many, it's not easy being a rich kid. Their parents tend to have high expectations. They think their money is their most notable quality. And so they learn to use it -- to buy affection, or friends.
The lifestyles of the wealthy and fabulous seem wonderful to some -- endless vacations, summer homes, private chefs, Louis Vuitton luggage -- but when you peer closely that world is actually pretty terrifying.
Shouldn't the candidates volunteer to open themselves up, at least within reasonable constructs, to the public they hope to one day serve, or in the incumbent's case continue serving? Shouldn't the voters insist upon it?
