By tolerating and encouraging Limbaugh, the Republican leadership is fomenting racial and ethnic hatred that could have disastrous consequences for our country.

Obama's choice of Rick Warren to give the invocation at his inauguration is dreadful. His explanation is even worse. He shrinks Warren's statements about gay people down to a "disagreement," as if we're talking about ethanol subsidies.

Obama is going to do something to absolutely enrage leftists, progressives, and the few remaining Americans who actually call themselves liberals; and, furthermore, he's going to do it within his first 100 days in office.

Obama showed personal integrity by not 'throwing Wright under a bus', but is now a victim of that very maneuver. He should recognize the opportunity Wright has given him.
