It's easy to think that it's other people who are driving you crazy, but in reality, it's your reaction to other people that causes the angst. Sometimes we don't even need other people. We can work ourselves up into a lather over our own messes.
We all have patterns of thinking that have reached the automatic level. Unfortunately, many of these thinking patterns are traps. Traps that hold us prisoner to habits that do not serve us.
