On Oct. 2, 2005, I listened to an inner voice of divine guidance and became a "Spirit Junkie." I put down my fast-paced life, got sober and chose to turn inward for my peace. In this vlog I share gratitude for my six-year anniversary.

It's not until you think you've run out of courage that you'll learn to transform the few remaining drops into a whole new fountain.
If all signs point to the need for change, it's important not to deny them and cling to the status quo even as it's slipping away.
