Troop Fatalities

It was good to see an editorial in the New York Times this morning blasting KBR for trying to give its people bonuses in light of the recent revelations about its shoddy electrical work in Iraq.

I talked to several families who lost loved ones in Iraq and Afghanistan in recent weeks, and several said that personal notes from the president have meant the world to them.

Last year on Christmas Eve, I wrote about Sgt. Peter Neesley, who hailed from Michigan, after he was found dead in his bed in Iraq in an unexplained incident.
