Where is the hope and change that we were promised in 2008? I suspect that a lot of people who stood in long lines to cast a vote for the President Obama are asking themselves the same question.

It's worth noting that although that we are obviously not in a decisive, victorious mode, the single-payer position has never been stronger and the need for real reform will remain.
