Talia Rosenberg, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is 24 years old. After graduating from Harvard University with a degree in applied mathematics, Talia conducted research on a vaccine for HIV at the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center in New York City. She will begin medical school at Yale University this fall. She is the first winner of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation’s AIDS Walk Africa Youth Scholarship Competition, and is now serving as a Foundation Youth Ambassador.
