Miss Tara M. Smith is a consultant for an urban-policy and economic development firm. She has also been a campaign manager and an adjunct instructor of business administration.

Miss Smith has a master’s degree in public administration. She has been has been featured in Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati, and was a nominee for Applause! Magazine’s Emerging Leader and the Cincinnati Couriers Forty Under 40 awards.
