Over the years, as everyone does, I’ve grown in a number of ways. However, some things have remained constant: my undying determination (better known as being stubborn), a want (or rather, a need) for perfect order, a strangely accurate intuition, and my confidence in being who I am regardless of all else."

For Taylor, to this day, the above remain true in everything she does. She enjoys helping children at a summer program for which she volunteers, as well as her recent position as a basketball team manager. Choosing between careers in law and acting, she is also an alumna for the National Student Leadership Conference on Law and Advocacy in Washington, DC. However, most recently, she was offered the opportunity to write for the Huffington Post and she couldn't have more readily accepted.

I'm Not Falling For It

Posted December 22, 2010 | 15:16:40 (EST)

"If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything."

A family friend recently brought the above idea to the forefront of my mind and, as soon as I heard it, I knew I needed to write about it. I chose this particular quote because, recently in the news, a...

We're All Nerds Here

Posted December 7, 2010 | 16:27:18 (EST)

"We all chose to spend 10 days of our summer studying law... We're all nerds here. Deal with it."

Those were some of the first words spoken to me when I arrived in DC last summer. Ask anyone who was there and even those who weren't: The National...
