Life Coach T.C. Conroy is an agent of change for creative professionals. Creatives process things differently, and T.C. understands their unique needs. With her background in the music industry and her unique experiences, she is an expert on career goals and trajectory, time management, the balance between work and personal life, the struggles of famous creatives, and general wellness. A member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), T.C’s services include her successful weekly “Camp Courage” group workshops, one-on-one services, business coaching and creative unit coaching.

T.C. has been seen on the TLC show, LA Ink as star Kat Von D’s Life Coach and was recently featured on the VH1 Series, Rock of Love: Charm School, brought in by host Sharon Osbourne to teach the class anger management skills. T.C. and her company, West Coast Coaching, founded in 2002, have been featured in LA Weekly, The NY Times Style Section, W Magazine, WWD, Vogue Nippon, The NY Post, ABC News Now, WNBC News, and many others for the amazing work she does with her clientele.
