Tess Stovall is a Senior Policy Advisor for Third Way’s Economic Program where she specializes in issues affecting the middle class including education and college affordability, balancing work and family, financial planning and education, and elder care. Before joining Third Way, Ms. Stovall worked on Capitol Hill for Representative Jim Cooper. She holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Bachelor’s degrees in political science and sociology from The George Washington University.
