Stress can be a dangerous burden. We've all felt it whether it be a time constraint on an upcoming project, hitting every red light when you are already late, or just the cause of a frustration. It can be triggered by emotions such as anger, worry, or grief. But whatever may cause it, stress comes on strong, and can domino into something even worse.
That's why preventing stress, or knowing how to handle it when it does come up, is very important to your mental and physical health. Stress can lead to high blood pressure, heart problems, obesity, headaches, depression and more. We live in a stressful world, and preventing our own stress is a top priority.
That's why we sat down with health and fitness experts to find out how to beat stress. But, because stress can come on strong and quickly, we needed to find the ways to relieve it quickly. So that if stress hits right before your presentation, you can know how to relieve it in less than 10 minutes.
