Since 1928, families have been turning to the trusted name Gerber for their babies nutritional needs. This family owned company's baby food has graced our pantry shelves and invaded our TV sets with adorable commercials for decades, but how much do you really know about Gerber?
For instance, the Gerber baby's history involves is more than a charcoal sketch, it is based off of a real person!The face the world has grown to know and love was a product of a competition to find the face of the company. Among the submissions was an unfinished charcoal sketch of an adorable Ann Turner Cook.
