The reason why the now-classic sitcom Friends is so memorable is because we have always been able to see ourselves in at least one of the zany, loveable characters. We were right there with them as they fell in and out of love, changed jobs, and got themselves into hilarious situations, much like we've watched our real friends go through the same trials. And just like our real friends, the characters of the funny sitcom have gone through some tumultuous holidays together -- especially come Thanksgiving time.
Chandler brings home a challenge he learned at work: name the 50 states. Of course Ross believes this task is too easy, so Chandler makes a bet that Ross can’t have anyThanksgiving dinner until he finishes the challenge. With only one state missing, Ross scrambles, frustrated he can’t figure it out! He then comes back to the apartment in the middle of the night with the answer and has a late Thanksgiving dinner by himself.
In this episode, Monica decides she won’t be making turkey this Thanksgiving. Of course Joey is upset, and Monica then changes her mind under one condition: he must finish the entire turkey. Joey doesn’t know what he signed up for and goes to great lengths to make it possible, including changing into Phoebe’s maternity pants and being the last to leave the table in order to attempt to finish what he started. Christina Applegate makes a cameo appearance for this holiday episode as Rachel’s sister. Just as the rest of the group is setting the table with Monica’s wedding china, Rachel and her sister’s bickering gets a little physical. One thing leads to another and before you know it, Monica’s china breaks. Photo Credit: youtube/Deepak Kashyap Click Here to see The Complete List of Thanksgiving Memories with ‘Friends’
As usual, Monica and Chandler hostThanksgiving dinner, but this time the rest of the gang shows up a couple of hours late. Monica and Chandler lock them out in order to show their frustration. Rachel, Ross, Phoebe, and Joey try all sorts of tactics to be let in. One of the most memorable is Joey getting his head stuck between the door, which leads to Monica to try to solve the problem by slathering turkey grease down his neck! Photo Credit: youbtube/MJ Solo

We know the holidays can be a stressful time. Sometimes the food doesn't turn out right, guests are late, or there's just not enough time in the world to put together the perfect dinner that you envisioned. And while you may never have had your head stuck inside a turkey like Joey, accidentally dropped a knife on your friend's toe like Monica and Chandler, or ever had stars like Brad Pitt or Christina Applegate make cameo appearances at the dinner table, we are certain that you can relate to the insanity that sometimes surrounds holidays like these. But at the end of the day, once a few years have passed, even the craziest of holidays can make us laugh or teach us something about ourselves.
Since it is unlikely you can play back the now-laughable footage from your holidays passed, we can help you relive some of the funniest moments from everyone's favorite group of Friends. We'll take you through the Friends Thanksgiving moments so you can sit back and laugh at some of their most memorable holidays.
